Researchers looked into how many times a person should shift their posture in each hour to reduce low back pain


They tested 10 times, 20 times and 30 times.


The result?


For the upper and lower back, 20 to 30 times reduced percieved discomfort


30 shifts provideded buffering effects on percieved muscle discomfort in the neck , shoulder and lower back!
