Terms and Conditions for GAP Free Sessions via Workcover and TAC

Department of Veteran Affairs patients must bring a copy of their gold card or white card so our team can note their details and the specific conditions they can treat. Please note that gold cards do not need to specify a particular condition for treatment to be covered.

Medicare patients must bring an EPC/CDM form from their G.P. The Bulk billed session is applicable for a New Patient consultation or a Standard Consultation. For any subsequent sessions, the patient may need to pay a gap fee, which will be due on the day of the appointment.

TAC and WorkCover patients will need to provide our staff with their claim number, the client liaison contact, and information on how many sessions they are approved for. Gap-free sessions are available for New patients and standard consultations. Additional sessions may incur a gap fee payable on the day of service.

In case of a missed appointment or late cancellation, the patient will still be subject to a fee which is payable to our team. An email will be sent on the day informing the patient of the missed appointment, the applicable fee, and a link to rebook their session.
