New research has shown that it doesnt matter as much what you eat in terms of total calories, but on how much you exercise.
Short term weight loss is important of course to imit your calories, but so many people sturggle with LONG TERM weight loss.
This leads us to talk about the results about how people KEPT THE WEIGHT OFF. People who did 12000 steps a day where able to maintain their weight loss.
People who had a normal weight did around 9000 steps a day
People who where overwight did around 6500 steps a day
The research found that the total amount of calories consumed in the three types of groups was, on average, the same.
