Chiropractic Treatment for Osteoarthritis in the Hip: Can it Help Ease Pain and Improve Mobility?

Do you have pain in the hip (mainly buttock), groin, or knee pain? it could be Osteoarthritis

Usually, my patients notice a slow stiffening ( especially with internal rotation activities like getting in and out of the car ) in the hips.

you may also experience low back pain and that is mainly due to excessive extension in the back to compensate for the limited hip extension.

What causes osteoarthritis?

- It is mainly due to progressive degeneration of federal and acetabular articular cartilage.

How can Health Wise Chiropractic Help?

- we always recommend trying to reduce your waistline will benefit.

- non-weight-bearing activities like pool exercise and bicycle riding.

- Chiropractors will help the hip contractors and stretch the surrounding muscles.
