Sacroiliac joint dysfunction is a common causative agent for lower back pain

At 12 weeks, there was a positive change in exercise patients
And at 24 weeks, both groups had great results
Side note- what is sacroilliac joint dysfunction
A SIJ dysfunction is when there is improper movement of the joints at the bottom of the spine that connect the sacrum to the pelvis
This can lead to lower extremity pain, numbness , weakness, hip and goin pain, bad sleep, problems sitting(cant sit for long periods)
