1. Leafy Green Vegetables

Examples: Spinach, kale, arugula

2. Blueberries

Why? It contains Quercetin which is shown to fight inflammation.

3. Pineapples

Why? Pineapples contain bromelain which helps regulate the bodies immune response. This helps decrease unnecessary inflammation.

Pineapples also contain vitamin C, Potassium and some manganese.

4. Wild Caught Salmon

Why? It contains omega 3 fatty acids. It can also help the skin, heart and your brain health.

5. Chia Seeds and Flaxseeds

Why? Another good source of essential fatty acids. So for those who don’t eat meat, these are a great alternative.

The seeds also help regulate cholesterol levels and lower blood pressure
