2. Once you have obtained the EPC form, bring it to Health Wise Chiropractic. Our dedicated team will take care of the necessary paperwork and handle the bulk billing process on your behalf, ensuring a seamless experience for you.
3. Enjoy the significant advantage of NO GAP fees for our standard consultations, meaning you won’t have to pay any additional costs during your visits.

Patients covered by the Department of Veteran Affairs must provide a copy of their gold or white card, allowing our team to note their details and the conditions they can treat (gold does not require a specific condition).
- Medicare Patients must bring an EPC/CDM form from their G.P. The bulk-billed session applies to new patient consultations standard consultations. Other sessions may incur a gap fee, payable on the.
- For TAC and Workcover, patients must provide their claim number, client liaison contact, and the number of approved sessions. Gap-free sessions are available for patients and standard consultations, while other sessions will require a gap fee on the day.
- For missed appointments or late cancellations, a fee will still apply, payable to our team. An email will be sent on the day of the missed appointment with details of the fee and a link to rebook.
