If you have private health insurance 

- Your insurer will give you either a physical card or a digital card and you bring that to the desk when you need to pay each time

Health Wise Chiropractic chooses to use the HICAPS eftpos terminal, which means, you swipe or tap the health insurance card

The staff will then process the claim for you 

​

Say your fee is $90 for your Chiropractic and massage session, and your health insurance claim paid  $40 through the Hicaps terminal. All your out-of-pocket expense for the session is $50.
