They found people with recurrent , chronic neck pain have more of a chance of having raised inflammatory markers
To decrease inflammatory markers, its recommended
Increase anti inflammatory food consumption: grapes, celery, blueberries, garlic, olive oil, ginger, rosemary and turmeric
ELIMINATE inflammatory foods like red meat, margarine, corn oil and fried foods
Consume WHOLE GRAIN to control blood sugar
Meditation to manage stress
