Dry Needling ใช้เข็มแบบใช้ครั้งเดียว (เช่นเดียวกับเข็มฝังเข็ม) เพื่อสอดเข้าไปในกล้ามเนื้อเพื่อช่วยในการคลายจุดกระตุ้นกล้ามเนื้อมัดเล็ก
